Financial Policy
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and most major credit cards. The cost of your child’s visit will vary depending on their individual treatment needs.
For insurance purposes, Star Kids Pediatric Dentistry should be considered an out-of-network provider. As a courtesy to you, we will always file your primary insurance claims.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
